I got an anavar intake question bros.

Hi everyone I will start a cycle of anavar for 8 weeks, my 10 mg tabs arrive and I would like to ask you when taking 50 mg per day which is the best way to take them? just take 50 mgs at once of spread them out throughout the day and how to split the dose guys.

Split it up man! 20 10 20. And maybe it's psychological but I always try to take tabs on an empty stomach which is tough cause I eat all day.... but I really feel like they are absorbing better.

i will split it up 2-3X per day.. i like to have a dose an hour or two pre workout

I would definitely split up 2-3 times per day if you are able to. It just helps keep hormone levels more stable. Remember that anavar is liver toxic so you should be taking n2guard with it as well. I would do 7 caps per day.

Due to the short half life of anavar, it's always best to split up your dosage into 2-3 dosages per day.

It will be really easy for you to do that since you have 10mg tablets. I would take 20mg with breakfast, 10mg with your pre workout meal and 20mg with dinner.

@MasonicBodybuilder gave you some good advice. Anavar is a liver toxic oral steroid so it's a good idea to use a good liver aid supplement like n2guard from n2bm.com when using it.
