Thanx to Lee Priest for the dieting tips.
Mr meal plan is like this: KFC, weight gain shake, KFC, pastry, KFC, wieght gain shake, and then a final KFC meal before bed. I also wake up at 3:00 am for another KFC meal.
An excellent alternative for weight gain for those not seeking to go the super-supp route.
Now I just have to figure out how to lose 80lbs in 3 months like Lee does. It must be the hydroxycut.
