I flopped the nuts straight

Last game with KGB, Matt damen had a straight on the "flop" meaning the first the cards face up in the middle.
Damen had 8,9 in his hand and KGB delt 7, 6, 10.
Then he baited him into thinking he had nothing by checking back and forth.
Then, after KGB had his 40 G's on the table, Damen said---
"You'r right Teddy, the Ace didn't help me, I flopped the nuts straight"
Basically by saying he flopped the nuts, that meant that he had the best possible hand that could possibly be delt after only 3 of the 5 cards.
I just flopped the nuts flush about 30 minutes ago and won 30$. Fun stuff.
