there is a party going across the way on the roof the complex next to me and I need to get some sleep as I have to be up soon

how old are you? you mention you are older, when did age become a factor for your lifting? I mean the recovery the gains, how did age and juice mix? I am wondering what hitting the iron when I am 35 will be like. on or off

I can't say that I notice it's any different than hitting it at 20, except that I have injuries that I have to work around. I'll be 43 next month.

I'll be 32 shortly. My lifting didn't peak til about 28, then injuries took over and it was all downhill after that. My lifting now is sporadic, depending on how my chest, knee, back, and left bicep tendon feel. I think its been well over a year now since my last cycle, I got tired of being 255-260. I feel a lot better at 225-230, I sleep better too. Not sure if I'll ever cycle again.
