See.. I want to get toned, and I've lost 20 or so lbs so far, but my muscle is suffering, I would like to get toned, and after a good summer of being more toned, get alot more massive. I dont know how food is enough for toning, without losing considerable amount of muscle.. I feel kinda puny when cutting... heh. I hate it. Oh and also, any tips on leaning out? I think I got alot of loose skin.
