Also going to make a job switch. Sorry, won't be able to stay and play all day, kiddies.

Going to put in an application at my gym in childcare. Will earn waaaaaaaay less (minimum wage) but at least my kids can be with me!

The night job seems to have fallen through but I don't care. There are gazillions of places where I can tend bar.

Stuff will be hard for us financially but so? It is only money.

Are you sure you can make it financially now though? It's not a priority but it turns into one at a certain point.

Actually this is just the beginning.... the beginning of the end for his sorry ass.

He did everything in his power, manipulated the law that was designed to protect GOOD FATHERS to use his children to hurt me. He has been legally proven a liar and a man with delusions and serious issues.

I HAVE BEEN PROVEN FIT.

After I laid down and gave it all to him he got very sloppy with trying to "be poor" - to beat me out of support and every other money that due me after a marriage that was longer than a decade. He became "well-off" after I gave him everything. Hhhhhhhhhhhmmmm I wonder how "impoverished" he will become when the judge returns custody to me?!

My family has always supported me since the beginning of this nightmare and coming from a poor family myself, I KNOW how to stretch a dollar! LOL

We'll be ok.

This nightmare isn't over, not by a longshot. Things will get worse before they get better. But FINALLY things will begin to be set right.

Sad thing? The very first day that the restrictions on me were lifted - his ass was in the same neighborhood in which I live... 3 doors down. No, he isn't obsessed.
