I have the feeling that many of the really active members who are everywhere and then seem to evaporate, are ones who are (or were) here for motivation while they were either getting started in lifting, etc., and either decided that lifting isn't really for them, and they quit, or they advanced to a point where they moved on to other forums for more specific parts of the sport. Just my guess... I'm in it for the long road, so I'm not going anyplace (assuming I don't get kicked out for politics, LOL... ) I'm at my goal, and been here for years, and just plan to keep it as it is (not going pro, or anything at age 46). Been lifting for over 30 years, and no plans to quit any time soon.
I don't post nearly as much as I did at first, because I don't have as much to contribute that I haven't already said. But I'm here almost every day, even if it's a 60-second scan of new posts
I don't talk about aas because it's been the same questions/different faces for ten years and the humor in chat doesn't really suit me. 80% of why I'm still here is in case a hot babe like shirlene posts a pic, and that's not a joke.
