Finally abolishing all the shit slagging off defencelss minority groups on the chatbaord !. Before his nomination it was the 'norm' to see threads around these board slagging off everyone from retarded children, to black, asians, jews and even poor little Irishmen like myself !.

Now however these idiots who can't post their racist bullshit have turned their attention to the next easiest targets on elitefitness, our female member's !.
RyanH is powerless to act on this abuse as most is done in the most cowardly way now, using the Karma system.
Now while everyone here receives bad karma with abusive message's in them most men can laugh these off easily. However the abuse the ladies here are receiving is alot more personal than us guys get. And as the MOD's are powerless in stopping them getting through I wonder, are we at risk of losing some of our female athletics here to other boards ?.

How can Ryan have abused his MOD power's if he acted within the rules of his power's. He has explained his case numberous times here, if you still disagree with him e.mail George and express your concerns there. The fact that George has left him to get on with things is god enough for me to except him as a good MOD.

Now guy's there's a few questions to 'mull over' for another day !.

I like RyanH.

However, I do not agree that hate speech should be censored. You censor one group, you have to censor them all. I would much rather have some person express their anger or hate for someone on this board then to physically take that anger out on another human being in the real world. Not saying that I agree with what is said in some of these threads, but they should not be edited.

I will also say that if you are offended by this internet chat board you should probably go see a doctor because you have serious issues.
