I can't upgrade my hushmail!!??

Every time I try to upgrade it my computer freezes and a message pops up saying " an error occured while upgrading whodaman" WTF!@! I want me old hushmail back

I had all my important mail in there and I waiting for several important messages.....I just e-mailed support hopefully they can help us out.

Looks like they're not quite finished with the upgrade.....

I tried this morning too, with the same problem. I went into the v2.0 FAQ and somewhere in there was a link to "sign up for a v2.0 account" I clicked on that just for the hell of it and it said that the v2.0 servers were down for scheduled maintenance. I think what's happening is that when you connect, you're still on the old server and when you start the upgrade applet, it's trying to redirect us to a server that's not online at the moment. All we can do is wait it out. ....

Let's all keep trying throughout the morning and when someone gets it to work, let the others know via this thread.

Hushmail is 100% free, if they are down for a few hours or even a few days give them a break. If you were paying 10 bucks a month for there services you'd have the right to complain....

I just wonder if they know how many juice heads are pulling there hair out over there upgrade....

I'm having a fucking panic attack here! Just kidding. They should really make a support group for disgruntled hushmail users. I can't get in either, everytime I punch in my password, it says I've been upgraded, but there's no upgraded screen to go to. Sadness...

If you ever rd what they send you they are updating there servers to the new 2.0 version. They will transfer your old mail addy's etc. to your new account in the next few wks.
