After one month of taking jino 4ius ed 5 days on 2 days off I can barely make a fist. It's like my fingers are swollen or something. It's weird. I haven't had this effect from GH before. Anyone else have this problem with jino?

I can't speak from personal experience, but I have heard of joints swelling up and hands swelling. Better let an experienced user explain this phenomena.

It's some strong shit. I guess 4ius ed is too much.

cut back! as i have read on the boards for 4+years that when you start hurting cut back on the doses to 2iu's ed, run LIGHT SEARCH under needsize's handle.

GH can cause increased cell turgor which basically means your cells have increased "water" content and they swell. This will manifest itself as swollen joints/fingers. You may also experience carpal tunnel syndrome. It is often dose related, so reducing your dose should help.

wierd, i was on jino's at 5iu's for 4 months with zero sides except water retention. I did ramp up slowly though, started off at 1iu and added 1iu per week till i got to 5iu.

I don't think it's the dose per se as much as how that dose is used.

If you titrate you dose upwards slowly from a very small initial amount, then you don't experience these sides as frequently.

For example, start off with just 2iu ED for a month. Then bump it up to three, then four. Give your body a chance to get used to all that extra exogenous gh.

It just keeps getting worse and worse. I'm done with this stuff. Anyone want a few free kits of jino? I'm over it.

yep ja gh causes water retention (some ADH-like mechanisms although this is unclear at this point). As you know, the main nerves (particularly median) run through a tunnel in your wrist known as the carpal tunnel. With swelling, the nerves are sort of entrapped, leading to numbness, tingling, and partial paralysis in the hand, particularly with regard to wrist closure (flexion). You can wear a brace at 35 degree angle (which releases entrapment) in mild cases, but you are too far gone for this. You must stop, and restart at lower doses when relieved. You can speed the process up by taking a potassium-sparing diuretic, like aldactone, for a few days, but I think this complicates a simple issue, nonetheless, people do it, and you can too, but I don't advise. I would question too what you are getting for your time, money and sides . . . but we've had a good discussion on this already. p.s. all this water retention doesn't sound right for your "contest" . . . Why not heavy primo and masteron, moderate t3 and light aldactone to show up the bulk . . . , but anyway, hope this helps.

I'd like to see what 2ius would do before you give away your gear. I have never used it but have read that cutting back usually helps. Good luck bro.

For the price I paid I couldn't pass it up. I was taking it primarily to lean out while on a bulker. I'll be hitting the primo/masteron/anavar and t3 once I start cutting down.
