First thread on this site,
Im a 23 year old male, 5'8'' lean 160. I have been in the fitness and health field for over five years and have a good understanding of diet and strength training. I have been looking at this site for a while, researching information myself, and talking to friends in the bodybuilding field in my city. It seems like there is no "right way" of going about your first cycle, I have heard so many opinions. Of course I am hesitant about side effects, but I feel I have a good base of practiced knowledge with strength training, nutrition and supplements to go into my first cycle as positive as possible. I hope this question is not too general, but for my size and starting point what would be a good first cycle. I would appreciate any information I may need pre, during, and post cylce.
