I B E X-dream shipping question

I usually buy my stuff from ebay and I tell the buyer to set the price to about $15 bucks that way the customs won't check it. However, I was looking for I B E X-dream on Ebay and I didn't find it. I know that bodybuilding.com has it, but they won't label it as $15. Does anyone know about a company that sets the value of the package low so that the product can go through the customs?
