when I was cutting and did cheat meals (well, cheat days), I'd wake up, get a box of 25 munchkins at dunkin donuts, and then eat all of those with over a gram of ALA and 20oz of milk (sometimes 40oz). then I'd pass out in a coma and sleep for a bit, then I'd wake up and get a supersized number... I think 3, at McDs. I've have another gram or two of ALA, and then pass out for a bit more.
Then I'd get up and repeat that McD meal.
The rest of the week I'd mainly have protein shakes and beef and broccoli.
Also, that cheat day (Saturday) was with one cap of crystal dnp at 7pm the day before.
Now I am lucky if I get 4 meals in a day and I pretty much eat whatever I want.
I am much happier, even if I am like 12% bf - I really don't care at all - can still see my abs and my gf is happy
I think I'll have some Oreos tonight
