This is one of the most biased, factually incorrect propaganda articles on steroids that has ever been produced. Shame on GQ for allowing such garbage to be written in the name of profits, sure modern day media is driven by cooperate filters that view steroids as the new evil but where is the media integrity. This entire article is based on opinions and void of any factual documentation. The article highlights a man in his late thirties that after years of alcohol and drug abuse attempts to resurrect his life through the gym.
After six months he is distraught at only gaining seven pounds and envies the physics of larger bodybuilders that seem to gain muscle without half of his effort. After talking to a man that get this, “warms up with 405 for ten reps ” he goes down to Mexico and acquires a large steroid stack. Within six months he has gained twenty-five pounds but also has developed a serious bout of RIOD RAGE. The article goes on to describe how he loses his cool as a teacher in front of his students, throwing papers and yelling in anger; It closes after he is arrested on felon assault on a seventeen-year-old driver, he blames everything on steroids.
I can no longer sit back and watch the media spew lies on a subject they have no clue about. This is clearly nothing more then scare propaganda, I plan on finding GQ’s email and suggest we all voice our displeasure in their actions.
