Q quizkid New member Mar 24, 2005 #4 wouldn't think you should need clen if your T3 levels are high. Just watch the diet.

T4 is converted to T3, but while dieting the conversion is faulty. I use both. I have to use T4 b/c I had a thyroid disorder. I use the T3 to keep my metabolism on the high end.
