I'm on it now. Just be careful. If your thyroid is on the high end you could be very sensitive to clen.

wouldn't think you should need clen if your T3 levels are high. Just watch the diet.

Synthroid is T4. T4 is converted to T3, but while dieting the conversion is faulty. I use both. I have to use T4 b/c I had a thyroid disorder. I use the T3 to keep my metabolism on the high end.
