Hypoglycemia.

Does anyone get symptoms of hypoglycemia. I haven't used slin in months, and am on a heavy gear cycle right now. Several times in the last few weeks I've had symptoms of hypoglycemia. Drinking a can of pop brings me out of it, but I don't know what's causing it.
 
I Have Had Hypoglycemia For Years. First Soda Is A Poor Choice. Use Juice Or Milk. Also Look At Your Diet. What Are You Eating Prior To You Episodes. If You Are Taking In Concentrated Sugars You Can Have A Crash In Blood Sugar Levels Within An Hour Or Two Of Eating, Espically After Working Out.
 
I have a friend who is diabetic and he's been hospitalized from it. You need a small amount of sugar, 10-20 grams preferably from fruit juices and some carbs. Potatoes, crackers or anything starchy, avoid fat and protein. Also, do not overconsume because if you are prone to hypoglycemia it is possible to have a rebound and produce hyperglycemia. If this happens too often you need to lower your doses of insulin.
 
Also, this is why I'll never use insulin to help me grow. It can really fuck you up and possibly make you a diabetic for life.

Today post workout I drank 2 cups of cran-grape juice with 50 gr of whey protien. I usually eat a full meal about an hour later, but I went swimming instead, and then got distracted for awhile. Next think I know I'm sweating, shaking, and feeling weak and queasy. Before the last 2 weeks I've only felt this way when I've used slin, which I haven't used in several months.
I think my post workout meal needs tweaking.
