Hygetropin stability after reconstituted

I was reading up on the Hygetropin and it says that after reconstitution it is only stable for up to 72 hours. For Jintropin it is supposedly 30 days. So can someone tell me why there is a difference or which one is wrong?

that time frame is for using sterile water most likely, its much longer when using bacteriostatic water
