Hydroxycut

This question may seem lame. but I have been on hydroxycut for a few days and I am just wondering how long its going to take for me to start losing weight. Keep in mind I am on a diet and am doing cardio and abs 2-3 x a week.
P.S. I love the shits that come with taking hydroxycut :)
 
personlly, i have never had the shitz due to any ECA. To answer your question, it depends if you have dropped your calories or not, as well as picked better caloric sources.
Everyone's body works differently so even with everyhting factored in there is no exact way in tell you how long it will take to lose weight. Just remeber this simple equation. If you burn more calires than you consume than you will lose weight. If you do it too drastically, you will lose muscle weight
 
I've never had "the shits" from taking E/C/A either...maybe it's something else you're ingesting...

Anyway - you should start to see some results within a month or two - provided you stay strict with your diet and perform your cardio religiously....otherwise - all of the Hydroxycut in the world won't do a thing for you...

i've personally taken both hydroxycut and xenadrine. xenadrine did much more for me in terms of fat loss but with the fat loss i lost about 25% of my bench press and just got weak all together. if your worried about staying strong and getting cut i would try to stay away from all fatty foods and limit my self with the carbs and try to avoid both of these suppliments. if you are just looking to get ripped i would recommend xenadrine.
 
Xenadrine bro, all the way. Make sure you have a good diet, plenty of examples in old posts. Do a search. Good luck
 
i took Xenadrine over the summer and actually put up more weight in the gym...i just ate a lot of protein drank alot of water and went to the gym 5 days a week. i did 30 mins cardio before i lifted everyday. i lost about 10-15 lbs in like 4-5 weeks and got alot bigger from just lifting. this is prolly cause i just started in the gym. if you're gonna do that shit just lift with it and you shouldnt loose too much strenth. the only reason i stopped was i started to get moody as fuck for some reason. since i've been at skool i've gone to shit cause i was pledging a frat and stuff. but im gonna stat again. i like Xenadrine more than hydroxycut btw.

I like ZENOTROPE, keep in mind you want ot loose fat not muscle
thats your power plant. So fast results are not always good !
 
I used Hydroxycut for about 2 months and lost more weight when I stopped using it. I didn't do any major changes just increased my cardio work and the pounds came off.
