Well how far do you have to go?

What is your diet like ... specifically?

In order, # 1 Diet # 2 Training # 3 Supplements ... and #3 I would get from*HERE* (If you prefer Ephedra or other means, I'm sure someone else can chime in, I do not use those)

Well I probably have like 10 percent body fat. I have a great diet and I can see the top 4, but Its gotta be genetics because I have small love handles. other then that I have a pretty modelesque physique toned body. Just trying to work for perfection.

My diet
----------
Breakfast
-bowl of raisen bran
-banana
-4 eggs, 2 egg yolks
-2 pieces of whole grain white bread

Lunch
-----------
-2 tunafish sandwiches
-container of yogurt
- some type of vegetable

Snack
---------
-Protein shake 20g
-some nuts, couple pieces of cheese/meet, or something else small

Dinner
---------
Whatever is cooked, mostly consists of lean meat, steak and/or pasta

Before bed
--------------
-Bowl of raisen bran
-1 cup of oatmeal
- protein shake 20g

*Do I need more protein or calories? I want to stay the same physique, just fill out more. Thank you :)

-bowl of raisen bran IMO, if you want to shred up get this outta here. I would even ditch the bread until you get to where you want to be. Use oatmeal as a carb source & cinnamon of splenda to taste if you can't get it down.
-banana
-4 eggs, 2 egg yolks
-2 pieces of whole grain white bread

Lunch
-----------
-2 tunafish sandwiches More bread?
-container of yogurt Plain? You can add your own fruit (preferably berries & even vanilla extract / splenda for flavor)
- some type of vegetable Green leafy one?

Snack
---------
-Protein shake 20g
-some nuts, couple pieces of cheese/meet, or something else small Cheese ... what kind? Cottage Cheese :)

Dinner
---------
Whatever is cooked, mostly consists of lean meat, steak and/or pasta Pasta some type of Whole Wheat? I would add better carb source ... Potato (sweet or baked), Brown rice, etc)

Before bed
--------------
-Bowl of raisen bran
-1 cup of oatmeal
- protein shake 20g
EEK, No carbs before bed ... Protein + Fat ... esp if you are trying to cut ...

How much protein is that? How many cals? Try using www.fitday.com to get some generic figures & see how much & of what you are eating. How much water do you drink a day? I see no source of healthy fats other than the 'some nuts' ...

Just some ideas
 
I just started lipo 6 today, I also use sesamax and the glucorell-r.......any thermo added with those supps is going to make you burn fat.

Thermorexin+glucorell+sesapure all at once. Lots of water, lots of chicken, low sodium should help. If that doesnt do the trick maybe you can do some research about clen, T3, HGH. If not sure, try liposuction 'cause you probably are going to spend as much money in HGH/t3/clent stack.

LOL. I used to hear that saying back in the old MuscleMags in '95. John Parillo used to throw at least one "your body is built in the kitchen" lines in all of his articles. (Then go on to promote his supplements) "Abs are made visible in the kitchen and built with heavy weights like any other muscle group" was another one of his quotes. Would love to know who started it all. :)
