glad you had fun. I feel a sort of hangover, I took some vic's last night and now I feel that next morning groginess that they give you.

How many chumps did you get to buy you drinks?

It is all good girly when I was off for the summer during Uni every day was a good day to party. I could go out 7 days a week no problem but not anymore. I haven't had a drink or any party aids in months got to give up somethings to gain others. Enjoy it well it lasts!

nothing like that, but before we went out barhopping we grabbed a bite to eat at this mexican restaurant and their was this fight in the parking lot between these mexican cooks....it was crazy.....we booked it out of there before the cops came....

then we went barhopping and for fun we decided to do something different and we went to a couple hole in the wall places that have a bunch of "regulars".....we acted like we had swedish accents and lied out our asses, which i don't know how we did when we were so tipsy...anyway, it was fun and we had them all confused....

more shenanigans ensued but i can't type, my head is hurting again

heh....well, it sounds bratty but i didn't pay for anything last night....we never do, guys always buy us drinks, but then they think we're going home w/them and we're like, "uh, no....we didn't make you buy that for us, that was your idea"....heh
 
What is a hangover like? I have good genetics so i have never had one, even when i drink huge amounts like 20 oz of whiskey or 750ml of fortified red wine within a few hours i just sober up and go back to my normal life.

I once got a mild headache the next day but nothing terrible. Aside from that smooth sailing and no sides from alcohol. maybe its because i keep hydrated.

I used to also never got hangovers, but over the last year or two, even a few beers make me wake up feeling like shit. Might be an age thing.

Ugh, so much for your legitimacy in regards to issues on whom should pay for a date.

Thats sad btw. those guys could've just hired a woman to really have sex with them instead of paying women to pretend like they were.

i liked being drunk as fuck when i like 15 and come home trying to sneak by mom and then hit my bed and pass the fuck out...she caught me once since i passed out on the couch and had my shoes still on and smelled like piss+ beer = smelly smell

Do you pay on the first date? Alot of women try to squeeze suckers for all the money they can to boost their self esteem (look at how valuable i am, i got X to spend Y dollars on me) so i am wary of the idea.

however if its just being considerate that is different. i just wouldn't want to be taken advantage of.

27, at 24 I still din't get hangovers (unless I got really ripped, of course).

Aspirin and water before going to bed does work wonders though.
 
nordstrom.....when i say i don't pay for anything i mean, you go into a bar, you walk to the restroom....you come back to the bar and guys will have drinks waiting for you or you and your girls will sit down order something with full intentions of paying and when you go to pay the bartender will tell you that it has already been paid for and point out by who....the point is.....if guys are arrogant enough to think that by buying girls drinks we are "their's" for the evening, then i don't feel sorry for them paying at all, we def. didn't ask them to.

I have never bought a girl a drink in mylife. It actually reduces the odds of her leaving the bar with you.

Anywho, tb be very careful of the drinking waiting on you when you get back. Make sure you never break eye contact with it once it leaves the bartender. You risk getting a roofie in there. I've had friends get raped that way. Some lame jackasses can't get laid and are so pitiful that they do that sort of thing.

SO TRUE. Never, ever, ever take a drink that you have not had control of the ENTIRE TIME. From pouring to drinking, the entire time. Don't give a drink to someone to hold when you go the bathroom, don't leave it on the counter to talk to someone else. EVEN if it isn aquaintence that bought the drink. It isn't just strangers that rape/beat/rob people.

MOST people aren't going to drug it, but better safe than sorry.

Good Advice......So many of my girlfriends would leave their drinks to go dance also. Bad idea. Too many whackos. :cold:

Seriously, this stuff happens. A friedn of mine called me one day from Austin crying becuase this exact thing happened to her. A guy slipped her a roofie in her drink and the next thing she knew she woke up in a hotel, with bruises all over her legs, vagina tears, some anal tearing etc.

At the same time in some parts of the middle east they don't even have a word for rape. Personal space, womens rights and individual autonomy (since it can be a culture that endorses authoritarianism) is totally different in some parts there.

I love cross culturalism.
