Okay last night in the shower I fucked up my neck bad. I couldn't lie on my side or on my stomach to go to sleep without it hurting. I was tossing and turning all night. I woke up with shit for sleep today. Tired as hell. Went to both of my classes. My order for protein was supposed to come in today but it's late. So I'll have to go a few days without it. Then my computer fucked up and I have to take it in to Tech Support to get the wireless fixed so I can do my work. THEN my Dr. was supposed to call in a prescription for my medicine that puts me to sleep tonight and didn't do it. So I'll probably get shit for sleep tonight too. And I have schoolword to do also.

I got shit for sleep last night too, but coffee is getting me through right now.

Oh, and I haven't been to the gym in 5 days because I slept on my rotator cuff wrong and hurt it.

I really don't know how I did it but I know why I did it. I was warming up the shower, put my head under the water and it was steaming hot. Jerked my head away. Now, my Trap (I think, I hope) on the left side of my neck hurts like shit. I can only look down without it hurting. So I was planning to go back to the gym for the first time in 5 days (longest break in a year) and do some Chest. But my neck hurts like crazy and don't feel like it at all.


I hope it's just a strained Trap.

wow... that sucks bro, self pwnage is the worst.
 
At my new place, the hot water for the shower is HOT within seconds of turning it on.. I don't know why.. at my parents house and every house I have lived at it takes a good 3-5 mins for the water to really warm up.. I always imagined that the pipes had to heat up or something.. but here you get hot water from any faucet or the shower in less then 5 seconds.

See the thing is I'm in a dorm so it's impossible to predict. I just jerked my head away and felt a sharp pain in my upper back, neck and shoulder area.
