I'm not familiar with the Max-OT method, but if it involved lifting heavy, then DO NOT do HST following a cycle. I went from 5x5 to HST following my first cycle and lost almost everything (my PCT was fine and my diet didn't change). If you've gained mass lifting heavy weights, you can't just drop down to doing light 15's or even 10's and expect to keep that size. I say keep lifting heavy, regardless of what routine you use, for AT LEAST a month after you finish the cycle.
