For people who use HRT doses of Test of around 100 to 150 mg's per week... How much HCG is needed and how often to keep the boys from shrinking up?

Swale usually uses 250mg of HCG day of injection and another 250mg the day after. I think this keeps the test levels even. Be sure to get proper bood tests.
HCG is terrible for HRT, you will have too much estrogen.
You use just HCG or just testoterone (preferably enanthate or cypionate)
If you use testosterone you certaintly don't take 100-150mg for HRT purposes that is too much. That will give you supraphysiologic levels of testosterone. The dose is more like 50-80mg week. 80 is pushing it in alot of people. Blood work is the only way to tell. If you go to high you are not on HRT, you are on a cycle or whatever you want to call it. Also you'l have to much estrogen which is nasty. How about some Karma for keeping you from messing yourself up?

Swale does blood work first. (including estrogen by extraction method) Then makes decision on how much test to start. After a month more bloodwork to see if dose needs to be adjusted. Then, once levels are in the upper level, he starts the Low Dose of HCG. And, once again test and estrogen is tested. He prescribes Ameridex to patients that need it for estrogen.
You are right some people only need 50-80mg of test. But, my 33yr old friend started at 100mg. But, was still low and required 200mg to get him to the optimum healthy area. Everyone reacts differently.

Bro's, I know several people on this forum who stay on year round anywhere from 100 to 350mg's test per week. I was just looking at ways to keep the nut size up if you were to run a small dose per week for an extended period of time. I guess I was just looking for a starting point...but I guess it would probably be trial and error.

I had a vasectomy about 9 years ago. But when I get blood tests...Sometime they are within the normal range and sometimes they are just a shade below normal...but my doc seems to think this is fine...he tells me "welcome to aging" I'm 37! What a joke! I will have some new insurance coming in July and I will finally be able to change docs!
