HRT guys - please help

I'm 12 weeks post PCT after a 12 week test e (400mg) and masteron (400mg) per week cycle. I don't think I'm going to recover.

My test levels are 271 nmol/l. Five days after finishing nolva / clomid, they were 303. Prior to the cycle (but when I was on a full dose of HCGenerate), they were 467. So I was already struggling. My libido isn't very good, and I live on cialis and some unleashed to get something going. I'm always tired. I can't go to the gym. I've lost 30Ibs since the cycle ended. My pitiful stats:

35 years
5' 7"
150Ibs
8% bf
Tons of cycles, but unfortunately starting when I was 18.

I've fucked myself up. I'm seriously considering HRT, with some short 4 week cycles layered in. I appreciate this is little league, but any advice would be appreciated. I'm considering:

150mg test e per week
0.25mg arimidex eod
HCG 250iu 2 x per week
Test test levels every couple of weeks initially.

I'll test hematocrit (mine is naturally 50%) and lipids every few months, and get heart readings if I can.

I'd layer in 200mg of tren a in for 4 weeks at a time to keep myself in reasonable shape (with the usual thyroid / prolactin reducing supports) with some mod grf / ipamorelin, and some HCGenerate during.

Thanks for any help.

At 35, you would be a good candidate for HRT. My advice is to get it from a male doctor. My doc is a woman and doesn't seem to understand the importance of keeping levels toward the upper end of the normal range. My RX is for 100mg of test cyp. every 2 weeks. My old doctor used to prescribe 200mg every 2 weeks which was better for me. Unfortunately my old doctor doesn't take my current insurance so I can't go back to him.

Most endo will not correct to the upper of normal. They correct so the swing is from the upper of normal to the lower of normal right before the next shot. usually 100mg a week. Most DRs that give 200mg a week either can't accept insurance or get shutdown.

I'm in the UK. Getting any sort of TRT is hard going unfortunately.

Polarbear1134: would you say 100mg once per week is the way to go then?

I would say let the lab tell you. This is how you tell. take 100 per week for at least 3 weeks. Then the day before your next shot get test level checked. It should be just above the bottom of the normal range...or just in normal. If that is what you get then yes 100 is good. Most people do well on 100mg a week.
Lets say this puts you at a level off 500 on your lab. Normal is about 400-1300 (age can change that range some). With a low of 500 your high would be about 1000. Meaning you are swinging from 500-1000 for an average of 750. As you can see 750 is well into the middle range.

Where most people go wrong is they get the lab done for the low and think that is their average level. Almost no DRs are going to put you up around 1000 for a low (except cash only clinics) as that would make your peak about 2000 which is shot way out of the top of the range. In fact that would make an average of about 1500 which would still be out the top of normal too. TRT should make you swing from near the high side of normal to near the low side.

Back to your question 80-120mg a week puts almost everyone who needs TRT in that range of swing from high normal to low normal. But having a lab check your week low the day before the next shot is the true way of knowing. You want it in the low normal range and you want to be able to multiply by 2 without going out the top of normal.

I'm only getting 100mg every two weeks.

I'm only getting 100mg every two weeks.

Sound low but same rule applies. After a few weeks on it get a blood test the day before your next shot. If it's below the bottom of normal you have a case to get more as it's not enough to keep you in the normal range the whole time. However, if it comes back that the low is in the normal range still, then it's possible you only needed partial replacement.

Either way the lab work is not only your answer but also your best way to request more if you should be getting more.
