I was just wondering what everyone thought of hrt for 65 years old and up.
My dad is retired and goes to the gym 5 days a week he weight trains all 5 days and does cardio 4 days per week at one hour a day. His body does not repair very fast and I know his hormone levels are low because of his age. I am 34 years old and I am on hrt just wanted to know if any one on the EF boards is 65 or up on hrt or if you think it would make his quality of life any better for him? Would it make a difference or do alot of good for him to get his testosterone levels right and maybe get him started on some GH at his age? Just wanted to know what you all thought your input would be greatly appreciated.
