HPTA inhibition

New member
I had always heard that test inhibits HPTA but recently I have read a few posts that if one uses Arimidex to block conversion to estrogen that this is not the case. Is there any truth to this? For example, could I use 500mg of Cyp a week with .25 Arimidex ed and expect to maintain my current sperm production? Thanks for the help.

H-P-T-A inhibition is multi-faceted.It not only comes through estrogenic influence, but androgenic, progestogenic and prolactic impact as well.Down regulating aromitase with anastrozole/liquidex will certainly eliminate one of these pathways though, and that may lead to a speedier recovery of endo T post cycle with clomiphene concurrently stimulating GnRH/LH production.
