How's this for a first cycle.

This is my first ever AS Bulk cycle. I hope i did my homework right.

Weeks 1-10: Test Enanthate 500mgs/week
Weeks 1-6: dbol 25mg/day

POST CYCLE

Weeks 11-14: 40mg/day Nolvadex
Weeks 11-14: 50mg/day clomid

I'm also thinking of substituting the Test E for Sustanon 250, would that work better? Please give me some feedback.
 
IMO it looks pretty solid! All in all the KIND of test really doesn't matter too much. Just run what you have and focus on eating/training. Good luck!
 
One of the best first cycle posts in a long time. One suggestion would be to consider adding an anti-aromatase like aromasin during the cycle.

Depending on what dbol you have, I might take more of it than 25mg and I probably would just do it for weeks 1-4 intead of 1-6.

But all in all, a good start, thank you for doing your research before posting this.
 
Stunt , just want to know, what are you specs? age, weight, bf % , and nething else you wanna add?

Traning for 2 years
Currently 165 lbs. (cutting down from 175 lbs. - winter bulk)
5'7
15% bf
AS virgin.
 
Let me ask you guys this:

He's already running the dbol for 6 weeks, hardly a kick start type of thing. Why not just run it at 25mgs the whole 10 weeks? If he throws in the Aromasin, and some r-ALA and Tylers to boot, is his liver really going to be that bad off from an extra 4 weeks?

Or is the 6 week cut off for a different reason?

I do not want to be the guy who complains again but IMO those stats show you have one or more things not sorted out yet, either it be training or nutrition so imo you shouldnt do AS yet

I agree with you. I am not going to rush into this, here's what I plan to do:

- Do more research and get feedback
- Make sure my gear is complete before i start anything.
- Finish my natural cutting cycle because I want my bf% to be lower than 15% when I start.
- Get my diet in check, I will be shifting from low carbs, high protein (CUTTING) to High protein, Carbs for the (BULKING) cycle.
- Supplements: ZMA, creatine, whey
- Organize my routine. I'm doing a lot of HIT cardio training right now, I will change my workouts to maximize hypertrophy once I'm on the gear.
