How's this cycle

What do you guys think of this 4 th cycle?

Test Cyp--600mg/10wks
Deca--450mg/10/wks
Dbol--30mg/4wks

I am 28, 189 lbw/ 11%BF. I am looking to bulk this time around and attempt to minimze bf gains. This would be the 4th cyc. My usual cyc usually consist of Test and EQ. This would be the first time using deca. Would you guys recommend me uping the deca dosage to 600, or lower it 300mg? Also, should I up the test?

As far as bf goes, than it's in your diet... just watch what you eat... I like this combo... what is your height?

why not Fina ? Maybe an idea. I would go for 300 mg of Deca.

Russian Bro, My height is 5'10 and the deca is a 300mg per cc, so I can't get it to 400 and have to settle for 450.

I guess my main concern is gyno. I heard some people are prone to progestrone (spelling?) gyno and that all the anti-e (arimidex, proviron,etc) are useless. I never had a gyno problem with test but don't know about deca.

Any other comments and ideas?

deca gyno is not something I would want to get... I remember before I started my Test/Deca/dbol stack being warned by my Russian comarades not to run any more than 350-400, so myself I keep it simple at 400 and test at 500. works great... no bloat, nothing... I run liquidex as well at .5 a day...
I have never had a problem with gyno on test or dbol as well. I have no signs of it right now (while knocking on the wood)... So, at 400 Deca seems to be fine...

I would substitute the deca with eq that way you can run some fina with this stack.

You could take Fina with Deca (low dosage eg. 300 mg) or simply substitute deca with EQ and use Fina like wartime1000 suggested. Pro-gyno is not something common. In fact, there's maybe 2-3 guys I've heard who got it. The only protection against it would be RU-486, but you dont want to do what I did. It ain't funny at all to be on that shit.
