how's this cutting diet?

goal to get down to 6-7%

1) egg beaters w/a touch of low fat cheese thrown in
2) 2 chicken breasts
3) 2 chicken breasts, brocolli
4) pure protein bar
5) (after workout) 2 turkey burgers (lowfat), 1 large sweet
potato, green veggies

6) chicken/tuna (some kind of good protein)

train fully body workout 3 times per week,
cardio 5 days a week, 45-60 mins per session?

Guys think I can get real cut like this in the next month or two?

Take EFAs (omega 3s as in flax seed oil or fish oils)
 
I would move the green veggies in your postworkout meal to meal 2. The fiber in them will slow down the insulin release that is given by the sweet potato.
 
SHIT! are you a raging endomorph or something? Where are your complex carbs. I would definately add a couple of plain baked potatoes or some brown rice in there. Eat the carbs early in the day and time them around your workout, but eat them none the less. Carbs arent evil when used correctly. Remember food is a drug in a sense, use it resposibly.
