hows my post cycle diet

Just finneshed a 9 week cycle of sus eq 1 1/2 weeks ago. I went from 183 to 197 (5'8) ( 200 was my highest around week 8). Gains seam to be pretty solid I was using arimi. I dont feel much different but the 14 LBS tells me different.

Anyway here is my diet right now, pretty much the same when on - 500 cals

meal 1 : Protein Bar, to packs of oatmeal 1 plain 1 apple

meal 2: N large 2 sheak + peanutbutter cup 800 easy cals

Meal 3: 5 oz thin and trim Roat beef, 2 slices of natural 7 grain bread

post workout
Meal 4/ snack: Protein bar or sheak pending on where i wok out

Meal 5: Ususally some meat over 16 0z ususally steak and spinach

Meal 6: sheak, Oj 2 scops of whey

around 3,500 cals down from 4,000 + with over 300 G of protein and carbs

4,000 was pushing to much, I lost some definition and my tummy grew a little

I plan to keep this diet going (3,500) though April then down to 3000 in May. I plan to cut a bit using some anaver with low carbs and cardio in june for 8 weeks..

I am using androgel by script so hopefully gains will hold let me know what yo think of all this
