How much Pantothenic Acid should I use for Acne, I have 100mg tablets 1000% of RDA, need to know how much and frequency.

I use 1000mgs 3xdailey and I got about 3 pimples total on my shoulders durring my recent 4 wk Tren cycle and 2 week PCT with Clomid and Nolva. I believe it helps greatly.

Do yourself a favor and get some 500mg or 1g pills. Take 5g a day until the symptoms start to subside, then you can go down to 1 or 2g.
