Mon-100mg Prop,100mg Npp
Wed-The same
Fri-Same
Sun-Same=100mg prop EOD and 400mg NPP a week

Then do 1.5 ml in each delt, bis,tris, etc. When those are still sore from past injections, hit 3ccs in your glute.

why do you have to shot prop everywhere but your glute...everywhere else is just too veiny for me...
