How would you guys run your deca?

Maybe someone can give an explanation on why they run it a certain way. Or maybe it makes no difference. Just curious. The highest I wanted to run this for myself is 400/wk.

front load has worked for me..and I also did a short 5 week burst of 300mg/ml while on Sustenon.

I would stay on the deca for 10 weeks it takes a good four to five weeks to kick in! I always taper down. You can stay on deca longer then most other steroids up to four months is considered safe!

Run it steady for 10 weeks, no need to taper with clomid and anti-e's these days

Always use it at same amount for duration of cycle. Results start showing after about 4 weeks, then becomes cumulative. Have never tapered but had no problems not tapering it.

Take all amps and vials of Deca....walk to trash can, open lid, and inject them to the fucking bottom....
