How would you front load this cycle?

400MG Deca
600 MG Sust
25mg Dbol
10 Week Cycle.

I have researched this a little, and was wondering if someone could give me some ideas.

I personally dont think I would bother front loading sus since it has short and long lasting esters in it. With the deca though, I would do 3x week inj(equally divided dose) on normal weeks and I would double the amount of deca and number of inj on the first two weeks to front load.

I am still playing around with a one week/triple dose frontload, but my initial numbers show blood levels tend to peak and then decrease as the cycle goes on where as with a two week frontload they stay more level throughout.

What half life did you give deca? I gave it a 10 day half life.. maybe that's why...
