it works awsome on a good diet and cardio... i got down to 3.5% for a show using just clen and dieting and cardio for 8 weeks...its great stuff used right...

go on for 21 days and off for 10. do a lot of cardio. and it works great. I'm on my third 21 day cycle in the past 3 months.
