how to use T4?

I know T3 is way better, but my friend has some T4 50mcg and wants to know how to cycle them? can anyone put something together with 60 50mcg T4 tablets?

I'm pretty sure T4 dosage ranges from 100-400mcg daily, and should be slowly built up to the desired dosage as with T3.

400mcg sounds very high, do you think starting at 50mcg then working up to 150mcg would be enough?

Why on earth would you want to use T4? Using it will not give you any benefit at all, and may possibly cause hypothyroidism down the road.

Self medicating with this stuff is absolutely stupid.

Do you have any info to back up the statement that T4 can permently shut down TSH production??
