Find a successful site(s). Email the owner and ask to arrange a business meeting and perhaps look into starting up a sister site with this owner's help, where you retain ownership but the owner can receive 70% of profits for the first year, plus additional marketing, etc.

Kinda like a franchise. You supply the money, time and energy -- he/she supplies the knowledge and guidance.

If you hit a snag -- find another successful site.

As I said earlier, girls are dirt cheap. Since amateur style sites, are the flavor of the month, just get a digital camera and do your own editing. This is what people want.
