how to site inject calves

anyone do this? where's the best spot to go?

I've tried it on the outer head of the calf and it really hurts for the next few days especially while walking so I don't bother doing them anymore.

been hittin primo in the calf no prob, using 25g 1 inch, hit some sust and it hurt a little a few days latter but no terrible. ive been hittin about 3-4 inches down from back of knee in the middle just slightly on the out side.
