How to post a pic

I have pics on my computer that I downloaded from my digital camera, but I can't figure out how to put one on my new thread...and I know that this thread has nothing to do with AAS, but people have asked to see my pics, and I want to post one...any help is appreciated.

there is a section on the board that is for pics... just ask a mod which steps to take to get it on the right place..
