Want to make your browsing faster with Firefox? Here's how...(DSL/Cable connection only)

To start:
Open Firefox.
Type "about:config" in the address bar.
Find these options, double click each one and change to below values:

CODE

network.http.max-connections: 48

network.http.max-connections-per-server: 24

network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-proxy: 12

network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server: 6

network.http.pipelining: true

network.http.pipelining.maxrequests: 32

network.http.proxy.pipelining: true

Close Firefox and enjoy faster browsing....

I've been fucking around with addons. There's an extension called tweak network settings 1.0 or something that allows you do to that without going into the about:config screen.

Yeah buddy.

Thanks for the info. I'll mess around with it later tonight. :)
