what do you use to protect your liver on juice know since milk thistle doesn't work how about cod liver oil and primose oil
how to help the liver ???????

read Fonz post on liver protectors...drink 1-2 gallons of water a day..ALA at 600-1000+mgs/day get that from www.kilosports.com and go to www.anabolicfitness.net go to there AF store and buy there liver protector..cranberry extract at 800-2000mgs/day is good..i would stick at 1000-2000mgs with cranberry extract
