P psikilla New member Apr 18, 2002 #1 I've heard people say that if you can atleast see the outline of your abs you must be around 11-12% BF If you can see your ribs but have some flab on abs would you say your around 15-16%? I can see the outline of my abs if I stretch (and I can feel them)

greenday New member Apr 18, 2002 #3 I don't know how accurate theory is, because people carry fat in different areas, you can get a caliper for 20 bucks, or if you go to a gym they usually measure your body fat for free, if you ask them.
