Encourage him to do it. You won't be able to feel if you are in a sore spot or hit a nerve or something. It's much less painful if you do it yourself so at least tell him to try.

Also for primo you want to hit the Glute area.

i agree. if i feel some pain when im going in, i stop... but that almost never happens so give him the needle and let him try. just finished up my first cycle, but still doing hcg injections. its not as crazy as you thik

i have my girl give me my glute shots, just easier for someone else to hit the glute imo. i will do it if she is not home, but if she is i let her go to work. now if i could only get her to wear a nurse's outfit while doing it then it would be perfect
