How to enable startup programs on a guest acct in winxp?

Since we'll be out of town, I'd rather my sister and mother in law have access to only the bare essentials. this is what I need to know:

Set up the guest account where programs such as A/V and freeRam will load at startup.

Enable it where nothing can be downloaded. (Pretty sure all I have to do is restrict write access to the hard drive)

Thanks

restricting write access to the disk will be very tricky. They need write access for the pagefile, temp directories, cookies, temporary inet files, etc. I would find a "Live CD" with some form of linux like Ubuntu then configure the bios to only boot the CD. They won't be able to save squat to a read only cd so they can virii to their heart's content.
Ubuntu is a good one. It boots right into a working setup with web browser and internet access. I have yet to figure out how it gets all the network settings right.

Yea I figured out that the guest account itself does most of what I want. Overthinking it a little lol

With the guest account, a/v won't run but they can't download or even try to run an application from the internet. Hopefully that will keep the computer ignorants out of trouble
