How to eat on dbol to only gain 10 lbs.?

I know that has to be a dumbass question but I'm on day 5 of dbol only cycle at 20mg/day. I only want to gain 10 lbs. I know how to eat to lose fat but not sure how to eat to "clean bulk". Does anyone have any good info on calorie consumption and macros?

This dbol is good. I've been living with an erection the past two days at 44 years old.

It is impossible to tell how many calories one should eat without even knowing how much you weigh, what is your training regiment, etc. Basically, you just need to eat clean, reduce the carbs, eat more protein. However, for some reason I think that in any case you will gain more than 10 lbs, just due to water retention and bloating. Next time, if you will be looking for a clean bulk, use Tbol instead of DBol - you will get the same muscle gains, but without all the water retention and bloating.

Tbol is one I've not used or know anything about. I'll need to research that one a bit. I just want a small amount of size. I looked my best at a lean 180 lbs when I was 31. I'm only 5'9".

Most people will gain around 5 pounds on dbol from just water weight alone.

Make sure to use an AI like aromasin with your cycle. This will keep estrogen in the normal range and prevent water retention.

Also watch your sodium intake and make sure you are drinking enough water each day to prevent water retention.

I think I would just keep it very simple. You probably wont put on the 10lbs in this one cycle though. Just track calories so you know you are in a 500 calorie surplus and keep them clean. Go for 1-1.5g protein per lb body weight and fill the rest of the calories in with carbs and fat. Some people like lower carbs say less than 100g per day and some like them higher. It just depends on how you respond. I know as I get older I have to keep my carbs down to avoid gaining fat so I might recommend the lower carb option for you.
