From MY observations ( I am not racist or stereotypical or whatever, blah blah blah....just stating who I see driving like morons the most!) are basically all old people, young black women, asian people ( with the exception of those young asian guys who drive hondas/acuras..they usually go fast enough for me), all white family people, anyone in minivans!! the hispanics with no tags and probably in the country illegally-therefore do not know the rules of the road.......
