I'll be starting a cycle in the next couple of weeks, so decided to practice drawing from a cup of water just to see if I could do it right. When I changed the needle, I decided to pull back the plunger all the way. The amount of AS I had in the syringe at first read 1/2CC, but when I drew back on the plunger, it read far more. I know this is a newbie question as this is new to me. Is that just air increasing the reading? Do you just fill the syringe to the desired amount, knock out any bubbles and you're good to go, or is there more to it than that?
