how to do the cycle with deca and sustanon

i have a qeustion i want to do a combinated cycle i only used deca curabolin before and now i want to do a cycle with deca en sustanon 250 can somebody tell me how to do the cycle and if i should us proviron or/and arimidex and how much or should i als use hgc in the cycle I looked on the internet but it is hard to find the right info

i used deca 13 months ago for a cycle of 6 weeks 1st week 50mg 2nd 100 3rd 150 4 200 5th 150 6th 100 i gained 8kg in mass and i still weight 93 kg after that i also used prohormones paradeca and 1- ad the last time 3 months ago i'm 197cm tall

I am currently in my eigth week of a Deca SuS cycle..I'm running 400mg Norma Deca a week and 250mg a week of Sus..I have gotten very good gains off this.But i do suggets for you to do the SuS at 500mg a week two shots a week I usually do mine Mon And Fri.The Deca at 400mg a week should be good with the SuS at 500 a week
I'd run it for 10-12 weeks with two seperate shots of Deca And Sus a week if you want to mix the two in a needle to make it easier and only do two shots a week that would be fine...I'm not sure what cycle this is for you. But I'd reccomend some Armidex through out the whole cycle,Pick some up from the AG Guys great service..And you may also want some Nolvadex on hand just in case of signs of Gyno

so i would do it like this wk1 mo 500 mg sus+ 400mg deca and fri the same and on wednesday 2tab arimidex and two tab nolva and how much did you gained in 12 weeks

at ag guys on liquinolva is 25 mg/ml is that enough for one week and is this beter than pils or tablets
