How to control fat gain on dbol?

I'm about 10 days in and feel like my stomach has gotten huge. I'm taken in about 3500-4000 calories (275-300 grams of protein) a day. Will I gain as much if I drop the calories abit and maintain the protein? Should I do cardio? I'm 32 5'10 170 about 15% body fat (working out for 3 years seriouslly). First cycle..

Thanks...

Bro, it's not the d-bol that's making you fat, it's you that's making you fat. Keep your diet in check, and eat a bit more protein. Make sure you're not just consuming simple carbs and saturated fat - get some complex carbs and healthy fats in there as well.

what's your cycle look like?

Dbol 25mgs wks 1-4
TestCyp 500mgs wks 1-14
EQ 400mgs wks 1-14 Frontloaded weeks 1 and 2. 800, 600.

I was thinking about eating as much as possible and trying to put on alot of gains during the dbol and then cutting my calories back a bit.

Are you eating every 2-3 hours, consuming adequate protein, ensuring proper post-workout nutrition, training hard, not consuming carbs late at night, and not eating junk food?

Eating as much as possible is the answer to getting fat, not gaining quality muscle. I'm not saying you're only gonna gain muscle, but you'll still gain significantly more muscle than fat if eating right on a cycle.

What you don't burn will be converted to fat by your liver...

I eat every 2-3 hours and most of the time my diet has been pretty good. The occasional home cooked fatty meal for dinner, but that's about it (no fast food, no pizza, no potato chips), not even alot of red meat. Last "real" meal about 830-9. Before bedtime cassein protein shake.

It's not fat, the d-bol is making you bloated from holding so much water. D-bols and anadrol make you retain a ton of water, get used to it. Every time I take d-bol I feel like I just ate Thanksgiving dinner 24-7. You can take nolvadex @ 20 mgs a day to get rid of some of the bloat. Once you drop the d-bol a lot of it will go away, just stick it out bro.

Of course I agree with Azul. Eat clean. Are you taking an anti-e?

Do you guys really find nolvadex effective for reducing wtaer retention? Anastrozole=Yes Letro=Yes; but I don't find nolvadex effective for this purpose. I thought it was a estro blocker that operated specifically at the chest in combatting gyno. It seems the other two which inhibit the conversion would stop estro based water retention, but why would nolvadex?
