do some of ya's fit in like 4-6 meals PLUS 1 - 2 shakes a day when bulking!? I eat 6 meals a day (thats including 3 shakes tho) but i wanna fit more in cause my metabolism is fast as!

But everytime i go to eat more i feel like spewing! :sick:

HOW CAN I FIT MORE IN? :D
 
Gradually add a little more to each meal every day...double up on the peanut butter on ur pb and jelly sandwitch's. Put a tbsp or 2 of flax oil in your protein shakes and mix them with milk or juice--not water and add fruit like a banana or frozen strawberries. Eat a lot of nuts to get more cals...a handfull of nuts has a hell of a lot more cals than a handfull of pretzels and its easy to eat a lot of them. good luck bro
